We have made every effort to be accurate in our catalog and price list. However, if any typographical errors shall occur, we reserve the right to correct the errors. Due to handmade nature of our product, the color scheme of the pottery may vary from order to order.

- Prices are subject to change without notice due to foreign currency and duty fluctuations.
Items in stock are processed within 72 hours of receiving your order and payment unless a later date is specified. Please allow 1-2 weeks to receive your in-stock order, depending on your selected shipping method. If we are temporarily out of stock, back orders will be shipped as soon as the merchandise becomes available unless you notify us otherwise. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Return Policy
Our goal is for our customers to be 100% satisfied. Because of the unique nature of our handmade pottery, consistency in pattern and form may vary. Our guarantee covers only the functionality of the pottery.
In case your pottery arrives damaged, please keep all the original packing materials and contact us within 3 business days from receipt of your order. Polish Handcrafts will either refund your money, issue a store credit or replace the item - please let us know which you would prefer. Exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. There is an additional shipping charge for exchange shipping and a restocking fee of 15% for all orders.
Shipping Rates
All orders over $200.00 are shipped free of charge.
We ship majority of our merchandise via US Postal Service within the USA and via Canadian Post in Canada.
Larger orders might be shipped via FedEx. Prices are flat rate and based on the weight on the items. Combined shipping will be discounted accordingly. All in stock items are shipped within 3 days of receiving a payment. In case on back orders we will notify you of the approximate shipping date.
